candybeam to do a instat 20 to 25 ordepending of your PL (like Frieza Finger Laser ) and whit a delay of 0.75 (or what Frieza Finger Laser Delay has)
note This attack depends on the PL lik Frieza Laser if you have 40 000 000 and he has 600 000 PL you can even turn him instantly in a candy
regenerates = regenerates (Drains Stamina )

Skiny Buu (+1,000,000)
PL:3,500 000
HP:170
SP:320
Ascends at 5,000,000

I could see it working,
the candy beam is overpowered so John's idea seems to fix it.
Maybe regenerate could take Ki as well as Stamina.
PL is too high so he lowered it, but maybe keep the 3 mil trans level.
Buu actually does use KHH, against Goku (Don't see why he needs it though).

Wit a few tweaks this idea could be respectable. Please guys, state the problems instead of saying no (state, then say no/yes/weasel).

i like it ... but why kamehameha
and remember all buu have body part,and buu ball(kid buu) primary is very big & strong and secondary is small and fast ( like new frieza death ball) i would love to see this in 1.3 xD

Kamehameha because he allwase use it to attack Goku
and yes that death ball huge and small it's a nice ideea

example: i chose regeneration and click mouse 1 ( not hold ) and when i want to stop just click mouse 1 again or mouse 2, cuz hold the button is sucks =|

Wow, I have a brain (or was it bran?)

Maybe for the regeneration button thing, press a button, and as long as you remain idle, you regenerate, you could move or tap again to stop it. It may help, I dunno, I'm a Goku.
