I know that this only has a possibility of being added later on but the idea intrigued me. I was watching some of the most recently aired episodes of DBZ and in the one where buu expelled his evil self and they began fighting (in the fusion saga) they both performed a sort of ball beam attack on each other and got into kind of a ps.
My idea for this attack is that it is a sort of beam/ball combination, what happens is that Buu charges up his attack. It is a large ball shaped beam that is about the size of the person's body. The attack when fired would be in ball form. Charge time for it would be fairly quick and it would have a power about 3/4 that of finishing buster or BBA (not sure if BBA is stronger than FB). But firing alone wouldn't really be the fun part about it.
The main function of it would be a good powerstruggle technique. When a beam is fired at the ball it would not be released but Buu would continue to hold it until it makes contact with his attack. Once the beam makes contact with Buu's attack a ps automatically begins with Buu winning at about half of his side of the bar. If the ps bar crosses over to the attacker's side (kinda like the opposite of a block struggle) both attacks blow up in Buu's face.
Since it is a fast charging attack that doesn't take up too much ki, Buu should have the advantage in the ps...making it so that he has a decent chance at holding off the attacker until they run out of ki. When the ps is won by Buu, all of the energy is made into a ball and thrown in the direction that Buu is facing (like a block struggle).
Granted this is yet another attack for Buu and I would rather see his bodypart attack first...so this would be for future realeases. Thoughts...critiques...improvements? Give me some feedback.
