burner problem

i have a problem with my burner and that is it won't read blank cds so that i can burn to them and for any rules relating to warez and wot-not no i'm not burning warez or whatever but am baking up my stuff so i can format my comp.

perhaps you should try other cds
if your burner is a bit older, you properly have to flash it in order to make it work with newer cds

or your burner is just damaged, that would mean you have to buy a new one

the write speed on the cd may not be fast enough, or to fast for ur burner

thanks for your help but i'll guess i have to get a new burner soon anyway cause i'll had the same one for 3 years and i'll just format my drive without some data oh well life's a *****!
