i whas thinking! i everytime see if you charge a attack, ( in cartoon ) your powerlevel will increase to!! not mutch, but still, its increasing, and you put all those increasing powerlevel to 1 single spot, to make the attack better, what about adding that in esf? then you have a better change to stronger enemy's ^_^

Beams are already so powerful though. Besides I think there just pooling key into there beams, not actually themselves. Even though there pl was raising in the scouter, I think that just regestered the general area, like when Radditz thought Goku and Piccolo where the same person. So I think they already do this in esf just by charging a beam.
For gamplay the stronger persons pl would just raise to so I don't think it would help the weaker one much.

No, on the show they can sense when someone is charging a really powerful attack. Cell looked at Vegeta with that "Oh S**t" look just before he was blasted, and raditz got scared when he focused in on Piccolo as he charged up his massankosappo. Maybe we should be able to see how much progress someone has put into charging their beam when we look at them with the scouter.

I personally think an anger meter or something should be implemented instead of things where you boost for pl woth the push of a button (strong players could do that too anyways so it wouldnt balance it out at all).
It would increase pl or something when full or you could do some crazy ass pissed off move (ala vegeta). But it would go up faster if someone with a higher pl was knocking you around (i.e person with lower pl is hitting you, goes up slloowwwllyyy, person with same pl goes up normally, person with higher pl goes up veerryy quickly) Then you could change the whole gaining pl when you die (kinda unrealistic) cause then the people getting owned would have a chance against the people with higher pls.

And the sensing attacks on the scouter is def a cool idea.

I would love to see a anger meter just like Cheeto!

what about when the anger meter is full you perform a rozou attack imediatley without control!
