Bots

Hey I was just wondering if any bots are made, in the process of being made, or planned to be made for lan games, sorta like podbot for counter-strike? I'd make them myself but I'm not much of a programmer and my limits end at visual basic 5 :cry:

yes there are bots being made for esf, by one of the esf team members, meaning they will be better then any other bot, since they are made just for esf, not for alot of other mods

i dont know when they will be out, i think they come with the beta, but i chould be wrong, they chould be out soon after the beta

I heard the bots will come out a week or more after the beta.. alows people to get used to it first.

they will prob be done a little time after the beta is out cause u have to make the bots after the main game cause if u dont have the bots up to speed they will delete attacks and stuff because they would be running off of old code and make newer attakcs not show up

i think the ESF team should release the beta to the forum first and 2 days after that release it to the world

oh and we should have anotrher major IRC party again on fridaynight of release

Yeah I'm making bots for ESF, read the ESF-Bot thread in ESF Chat to read all about it. It will be out a couple of weeks after the beta is released, probably... I can't guarantuee anything because I don't know what bugs I may encounter.
