i cant figure out where the map or the files shall be... last time i tried i had to reinstall esf

If you are talking about Blades ESF Bots then read the manual... it is all there. It is first kind of confusing but not that hard if you go slow! If you are using Kibot (now both bots are mixed) I think you put the bot.dll in the client.dll I think but I am not sure.

both the(old) esf bot and ki-bot have a manual they're not the best ones I know
well for the esf-bot: unzip the esf_bot.dll to your half-life\esf\dlls folder and change the liblist.gam file, search for a line like this:
gamedll "dlls\hl.dll"
change it to:
gamedll "dlls\esf_bot.dll"

for the kibot just run the installer or unzip it to your half-life\esf folder
