bot problem

I dont really have a problem with the game but i dont know how to put the bots in. Where do i put them in the esf directory and how do i put them inside the game.

preddie45, i have that same thing so i did read the manual (read me) so, it do nothing with it, i did like this hit "~" then type "addbot" or "addbots" (i forgot which 1 i use) then it nothing, bot is not show up... i add this file in esf file and btw i got to wait for beta bot for 1.1O_O it wait so long, but soon i guess.

you have to put the esf-bot.dll into the e.g c:\half-life\esf\dlls directiory

the edit the e.g c:\half-life\esf\liblist.gam from

gamedll "dlls\hl.dll"

to

gamedll "dlls\ESF-Bot.dll"

than open the file config.cfg in the same directory and change the entry

console "0.000000"

to

console "1.000000"

maybe it is still at 1
than save the file and start the game
create a server (lan game, create...)
hit this ^ or ~
a console should been shown up!

type 'addbot' into it (without the quotes) and hit enter

a bot should be created

Where can i find the ESF bot.dll? And how can i play in the Internet?
I only find one ESF Server who is empty!!!!


There are Half Life, Counterstrike.... servers but no ESF Server!! What can i do?

you can download the bot here

well, there less than 100 esf servers online, and more than 15000 cs servers!

go into the filter (internetgames than update (that will take some time) than filter)
and switch esf on!
