blocking as attack

I have fond playing online that melle is the most effect wepaon when used right.

But the KEY to it's effectiveness is blocking. when you see someone's ready to fie you block and they can hit u and die (you live because you have more health if u hit them) or shoot away and you can continue your on-slort.

but what i wanna know, is if someone shoots u, for what ever resoan, and kill them selfs and you lived coz u blocked, can you get the PL? or at least the frag? or one?!

(p.s. The main relation i can find IN dbz to this is when Freiza tryied to blow up namek to beat GoKu.)

no u wouldnt get the pl cause u would be killing ur self...

and yes blocking is very good... (heck i lasted quite a while vs joe when i blocked)
