Actually, it wound't make any sense to make transformations REALLY hard to achieve. They have to take into account the average user play session (which they can only guess for now). No point in making SSJ3 achievable after 2 hours of play if 90% of users only play for like one and a half hour in one session.

I would like to transform faster, but I do like earning it. I'm sure the dev team have got their eye's set on a timeframe.

Exactly, with gohan atm you can get ssj under 5 mins.
But offcourse it'll depend on the character in final.
5 mins for ssj, 5 mins for ssj2 5 mins for ssj3
making that to 10 mins each sounds fine for me.
but than again idk how fast you can get pl in the final.
and aprox 30 mins playtime isn't that much imo
