Big Problem !

Everytime when i try to enter the multiplayer mode i get following massages "Your Earth special forces executable is out of date. Eath special forces will now update to the current version" I have HL in Version 1.1.1.0 ... Whats Wrong ? Please Help Me !

You're trying to use the WON network; that's what the Half-Life launcher uses when you play online through it. Download and use Steam.

Exactly! The only way you can play esf online or offline is by downloading and installing steam. WON died. If it had still been alive you could play on WON but it was shut down.
