is a kind of good idea but like other members said, screen shaking at every transform is a little bit annoying dont you think?
in anime, goku doesnt have much transformation effects, but amxx mods have.

I like the shaking screen thing 
.. Mabye this will desorient the "shaked" player and so, mabye the PL problem is solved. I mean it could be harder punch a shaking SSJ3 Goku by any character that didn't ascended. SSJ3 has the advantage of shaking the ohter player's screen becouse it's more powerfull. ..
