Maybe instead of making an idiotic comment, you should take the time to watch something other than dbz. In comparison to other series, dbz is prety crappy. Broaden your horizons a little.

Cowbody Bebop's considered to be one of, if not the best anime series in both america AND japan.

There must be something about it that people like..

I used to watch this stuff when only Carl Macek would put anime on video in america. I have a copy of Vampire Hunter D in Japanese with an English script on paper.

DBZ is cool, but it is almost like a guilty pleasure. Not much unlike my Godzilla watching hobby

Bottom line: DBZ is like Gatchaman or Macross, cool ideas poorly translated into animation. Cowboy Bebob is nifty. So is Outlaw Star, Gundam 08th MS team and so on. Newer anime is always better drawn thanks to new techniques and more willingness on the part of producers to spend money on quality production. DBZ is an old show, aired around the same time as GI Joe and the Transformers.

THE PLOT IS GOOD AND ITS JUST A FUN SHOW TO WATCH... THE CHARATERS ARE QUITE MEMORABLE AND ITS JUST SO EZ TO GET INTO!!!

id say just go out and rent one of the dvds.... trust me it is very hard not to like the show....

and it dosnt really have a continuing story so u can start watching when ever..

I can't decide but I voted for Cowboy Bebop because I watch it more than any other show. I like Outlaw Star.

Well I cant vote for that because I have multiple favorites at the
moment. Those are:

Inuyasha
Yu Yu Hakusho

And thats about it. Because I just started seeing them. I never
got to seeing them on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim on Sunays.
Im glad they changed from monday-thursday. I like Berserk, DB/Z/GT,
Sailor Moon, Serial Experiments Lain, Cowboy, Bebop, Outlaw Star.

But their pretty old now. But I still like Serial Experiments Lain.
I wish the series kept going.

Incase you haven't noticed Their both similar... In many ways.
BUT. Bebop is more uhh... uncensored . And Outlaw just basically
has futuristic everything. Even the guns. But the action scenes are
awsome.

And it doesn't get cartoony near the end.
But like bebop. Around the middle of the series. They come up with
useless episodes. Take that episode of Cowboy Bebop with that
left over food in the refrigerator that came to life cause no one ate
it.... Dont you think thats pretty stupid? It had nothing to do with
the storyline either
