On a side note I still can't believe how crazy people are for this game. All we saw was a few ships crashing and a giant leg in this trailer. But everyone loses their minds!

You'd have to have played the original to understand. It's not even the game itself that people loved, it was the immersion into being a republic soldier, piloting at-at's and shit.

And yeah, immersion. Never felt more like an expendable Star Wars drone in any game like I did in Battlefront. Which, weird as it is, was a good feeling.

Probably because what was originally never going to happen, is happening. A third Battlefront console game likely wasn't going to happen until the shit with LucasArts went down.

Star Wars and Battlefield seem like a good combo to me. I only played BF2 and didn't really enjoy it, but it has been awhile since a good Star Wars game came out.
