Avatar Troubles

Is it just me or are there other people out there who can't load their avatar's because the silly avatar loader is f***ed? I was trying to load my 100x85 pixel 4.56Kb Avatar but however the Avatar loader decided that I was not worthy and would not, no matter how much cursing and swearing, allow me to upload my avatar from mp PC. I can do it from the waeb, but i cant see a > 100x100 >10Kb avatar on the net for SSj Vegeto. Anyonw with help, suggestions or a >100x100 >10kb ssj vegeto avatar for me?

I too tried changing my Avatar earlier and couldn't. I thought it might have been my administrative settings but since you're both having the same problem I doubt its that.
