Avatar not working!

Ok i deleted my old avatar cause i wanted to use a new one but i can´t upload one and the url isn´t working too!!
HELP!

Hey dude first read around b4 starting a thread this will explain i think. Read what cucumber says http://forum.esforces.com/showthread.php?threadid=26874 alota people cant upload theres..including me..grr :S I hope it gets fixed soon.
