Avatar not working!!

Earlier today i tried to change my avatar but nothing happened... then i put "do not show avatar"... then i tried to upload a picture again ( that was in the requirments) but it didn't work... it just came back to the page and " do not show avatar" was highlighted... ;/ .. I don't know what to do ..

If you can help me PLEASE DO...
