Avatar Help...

I finally got my 150 posts and would like to have a nice custom avatar of Trunks but, because of the file restrictions I can't find anything good.

I have already read the thread with firefly giving away his secret but I dont have Gif Animator 3...so Im out of luck.

Any help?
