Attacking Eternal Dragon

I heard this fella saying that he killed the dragon when he summoned it, can anyone confirm if this is possible because I have been unable to try this due to lack of dragonballs.

maybe he was attacking it and wen the dragon granted his wish it left and he thought he destroyed it...

The dragon can only be pushed over. You can not kill it.

Can the dragon ACTUALLY be killed? or does he just dodge it or does he get 'pushed over' ROFLROFL? several people have said different things
