I get that all the f 'n time. I dont know what it is, or whats causing it.
I reinstalled ESF a number of times, and I even went as far as reinstalling Steam. So that cant fix it.
Hopefully someone can tell me whats causing it.

i don't know what's that but every time i have a prob i can't fix, i format my hard drive... it works out for me... try reinstalling your 3D Card or something...

The most likely problem is that your hardware is having conflicts with the program(s).
Try installing the latest drivers for every piece of hardware you have in your PC.

If that also doesn't help, then tell us if it's still the same error or that the error has changed.

im sure its your drivers need updating or another piece of hardware, might be corrupt driver dll's though, only other option is the old reformat, if your organised you can have your pc back to normal in a matter of hours, do what i do and burn a backup disc frequently =)

its only esf though. if it were my drivers, it would do it in my other mods.

I had a lot of problems similar to that because of bad Ram, check for that.

I think Ive had that same error message a couple of times, dont remember what helped
if its only esf, then try changing your esf settings, res, cl_himodels 0...
