Angry Gohan Attack???

I mean that attack with a circle around you....
What does it do and how it works???

Well with mouse1(defualt attack) its a shield that takes away ki instead of your hp, but when its up you can shoot it with mouse2(default alt-attack) at someone like in the Garlic Jr. saga when he destroys the star well I think thats the only time he uses it....
