Fine, I will just repeat what I said =P!, A half decent player could dominate a match with a character like that with ease. You can only hit him with buu, krillin or freeza (beams related)... so if you Vegeta (and have all beam related attacks), your only option would be advanced melee/melee. Not to mention having the actual absorbtion add to your KI/HP, this all culminates to make one very biased character.

And again, Vegeta would be able to go SSJ and greatly increase his power leve;, while 19 wont ever be able to acend! And 19 might not know that a beam is coming his way and not press the button!

Going SSJ makes 0 difference, and infact would be advantageous to whoever is playing 19. Vegeta STILL has only beam attacks adding to 19's KI/HP each time they are used + killing Vegeta will just boost 19's PL even more. Your basically saying "lets make a super powerful/cheap character, but its fair because "sometimes" he might not be almost unkillable. I think not somehow.

why that ****ing robot???? he sucks.he doesn't have any good attacks ant he looks stupid(very fat ) androind`s 19 & 20 sux very much 16,17 & 18 are best androids,and they must be added first !!!!!

Not Must , Probably should
And considering 19 and 20 Came first in the Show That may be a consideration to add them first.
However 19 and 20 would bring up alot of spamming problems if they had that damn energy absorbtion ... soooo , In my opionion It would be better to Add 18 and 19 , Plus they could have the transformation as when they were wished into humen by the dragon balls , as there is no real way of haveing a transformation for 19 and 20 that I can think of.
