It doesnt exactly look like him, i dont know whats wrong but heres some refs:

IMO it looks like him,but around the nose and mouih the wireframe gets messy.Fix that and it will look better

it looks like it's making good progress so far , most aspecrts of the face seem tio be in order. Can't wait to see what's done next
