AMX mod=ESF crash?

I have set up AMX mod correctly with the command in the plugin.ini file

; AMX Mod
win32 addons/amx/dlls/amx_mm.dll

But every time when I go make a server it crashes when saying "starting local game server" and then I removed the plugin.ini file and it worked again but I was back at square one.

Any1 out there use AMX mod and can give me a hand and the AMX forum isn't very helpful with ESF probs? ;(

EDIT: I made a error log and it had this error in it when I tried to make a server:

Host_Error: Couldn't get DLL API from q!

We do not now, nor have we ever, provide support for EVM. If ESF is not working, bring it up with them, on their forum.
