Alright, step by step what am I missing (EVM)

Is there something other than the models/sprites/sounds that allows evm to well...work? I assume there needs to be a change to a config file or something to allow it to make new attacks/transformations, and there is an amx file in the install...but how the **** does it all work? I install everything but in-game I get no new attacks or transformations, yes im running 1.1b..

You missed there forums. This is esf not evm. Esf does not support evm in anyway.
