alpha 2.0

if i take the esf folder in hl dir that has esf 1.1 in it and i just drag it over to the desk top and i down load alpha 2.0 and i install alpha. could i do that will that work? THAT MEANS I HAVE 3 VERSIONS OF ESF 2.0 A AND 1.1 B AND EVM

It's possible, just look at the aplha and beta as 2 different mods and install them in different directory's

also remember, to play the aplha you'll need the older version of the fmod.dll

he could get it to instal to esf/alpha (so alpha apears in his esf folder) then he would have the old f.m.o.d in his esf folder and the new F.M.O.D for beta 1.1 in would be in the Half life folder, so hell have both 1 in each directory as long as the alpha is a sub of his esf directory , thats what ive done
