alot of crashes and errors ;/

on open GL, i try to start a lan/play online, it loads for a few seconds. hangs and gives me a darn error.

when i use that d3d thingie (3rd to pick am to lazy to check)
i get kicked out back to desktop.

on software mode thingie (1st to pick am to lazy to check, sue me if you like lol ) it loads and kicks me out immediatly.
do not tell me to reinstall hl/reupdate/reinstall esf cause i tried it over a million of times and it didnt work.
i COULD use some help because i really want to play esf 1.1
i also tried changing settings in the hope i wouldnt get kicked out. that failed aswell

well, i have tried alot of things, even adjusting my videocard settings, and that seemed to work. this morning (my time) i was able to play esf (yes after months of ot being able to!! ) once again, and this time even without getting kicked out.

i like to give this tip to other people with videomode problems like i had. if you have a video card you got software with to adjust settings for better fps or what so ever: 1st try to adjust them, like disabling the openGL mode at the cost of 3d acceleration speed.

always try things first yourself before asking for help about things you could probally solve yourself.
