If you bought your computer it will come with a disk, you pop the cd in, restart, and follow the instructions. If you built it, you probably already know how :/

A really easy way of doing it, is just re-installing XP.
Make sure you don't install it twice, you'll end up with a dual booting system... and both OS's will be XP.
