The head is to big, and the arms are to thick.

... its 3 times the same model but with the hl2 one u subdivided it in 2 and with the hl3 one you dubdivided it in 3..

and they all look bad tbh...

its all messy etc, u can see the parts where you just copy-pasted the parts (hair, arms, face)

please, dont take this too hard but for the sake of the models, try to look at tutorials for once to understand the very basics of modelling... cus atm u bet u know 2% about modelling (in milkshape that is)

well i would be look at totrials ^^ please if u got some good totrials please give me it, i would be first looking at the stickis and then i see how i make the skin better. but i need a animator!!
