admin mode install and use help!!!!!!!!

i tried to install admin mode and it didnt work so i m asking u the next question!!!

whare to get it?????
haw to install it (on ESF) and make it work

If there's a readme file, read that carefully and do what they tell you, don't skip any steps or it wont work. can't answer the rest of your questions.

First of all make sure you have Hlaf-life (Or Counter Strike retail will do) and make sure the Half Life Patch is updated to version 1.1.1.0, then,dowload ESF, there is a sticky where to download it then, you open half life (Or CS retail, whichever you have) and go to custom games(CS Retail will say Mod Viewer) go to Earths Special Forces.
