A very cool Vegeta attack.

Need i say more?, this attack has to be added to vegeta's list.

For the peeps that can't see the pic. It's the attack vegeta used against goku in the babidi saga.The episode is called "the long awaited fight" . He fired a couple of rings at goku and the rings got goku stuck in a rock/wall.

i can't see a special attack......you mean the energy rings? i don't think anyone has a clue how to code this attack....

I think if Vegeta had the ability to pin people to walls with energy rings, it may be a little unfair for everyone else.

I think it could be used in game without being TOO unfair. Vegeta shoots the rings at someone he's knocked into the ground, and then the person on the ground starts a BS against the rings, which if he loses, leaves him paralyzed for 5 seconds or so, and if he wins, he goes free.

it could be something cool to put into the new melee system,kinda a combo where you shot the rings and they go flying into the wall and you hit him like 6 times.

You just shoot a ring and if the attacker blocks a ps will begin and if the attacker hit's the wall the ring makes him stick on the wall, it's just like piccolo's sbc, you'll allways win a ps with an sbc since, they have limited power,except when they throw 3 at ya, but you can allways win, back to ring attack, it depends on your pl in what time you can free yourself, in the mean while you can be totally raped. To take down some of the powers of this attack, it should be a slow moving attack, but no excessive pl costs, or chargetimes.

Maybe for ssj2 only and once per life, he used it at ssj2 form (majin)

Maybe you just shoot the the rings, and if he's near a wall or is lying on the floor, he get's pinned. The only way for the person to get out is if he gets his ki bar to full.

Nah just struggle, it's a non beam attack, even with a pl that's 500.000 under the attacker's you can still win from a non beam attack.And the atack will move pretty slow, so it doesn't have that much advantages, also you know how easy it is to dodge a disc, well this is practically the same thing.

it could be good, like cold steel said, it would be a nice little and quite usefull attack, maybe if you loseyou will be pinned in the ground/wall for 10 secs, 5 secs is to less, when ever vegeta fires soemthing at ya, you are gone already, but as Abhorsen said it could be a "special melee skill", i think everyone should then have a "special melee skill" Like vegeta with this attack, Goku punches some one in the ground/wall and then fires (a not TO strong) Kamehameha, Frieza could use the finger laser ( you know that that episode, when frieza is form 3 and then piccolo fights him, then after a while piccolo flys half dead in the air, and frieza fires some thingy's at him ) Piccolo could use a Scatter Shot combo, buu would make someone a cookie or something, Cell absorbs someone (the buu and cell thing, need a bit longer charge time, so that you have a chance to get away cuz it would be instant kill, and the frieza thing aint instant kill if u have enoug HP)

Nah .that's unneccary coding, and besides you would never get the change to charge the attack, if you can only shoot it at close range.
