A new look and feel to the forums

For some reason, I always prefer the defaut themes, there nice, crisp, clean, and I dont mind the brightness, it makes it easier to read imo.

I've always kind of liked the default ones too. Sure, they have no personality of their own. But they are still not all that much of an eyesore.

I'm sure whatever Greg comes up with will be awesome.
