By rules your not allowed to release anything without the creators permission, your not allowed to 'assume' it'll be alright. Nice compelation, but make sure you get permissions bud. Don't want things to get messy..

On top of that it isn't "your" back if you didn't make any of the models inside of it. Get the permission and then you can release, as long as you give credit to everyone who was involved in creating those models.
