Hmmm well I can awnser all that with only one sentence

Play the game and find out for youself!

Everyone will have a different opinion about each question... it really isn't worth asking
just try the game, see what you like and work with that!

i block as much as i can... its better than dieing.

i'd prefer you to use adv melee and the simple melee, it gets boring as hell if you just kick them.

use generic beams and ball attacks alot. 2 ki blasts will make a bubble.

um... dunno what else.

I use second scouter mode - which shows you players, and not their names and powerlevels.

I personally just do combo 1 and combo 2 few times, and then kick them and teleport behind them and again kick them. Its super effective, you can confuse ur opponent A LOT.

Block - its ok as long as your sure u can deflect it back.

Chain Swooping - it pretty fine, you can make opponent confused & annoyed, and then elegantly kill him XD

Charachters - I use Goku since he's very well balanced.

Turbo? Sure, when doing a bs & ps. -.-

Instant energy attacks? Cheats :\
