Piccolo did in the Cell Games Saga something called Rapid Fire
I have no idea what is it exactly like but I think that its like a
lot of weak generic beams in one burst!
this thread will develop and explain what is that attack exactly
and afterwards our dear Nretep will tell us what is the result!

the next attack suggestion is about Piccolo's
SCATTAR SHOT
even though its called scattar shot ( who named it this way?
I dont recall hearing that name in the series)
it never was aimed scattared!!!
the one and only time Piccolo used it was againt Anderoid #17
and each time he shot at him - exactly at his position!
(he was able to dogde it)
in the game the scattar shot are aimed at randome direction within
less then 45 degrees - I think so
it should be aimed exactly at the point I am aiming right now with my Crosshair
otherwise my oppoment would recon' this attack and would start to run like crazy
unless he is powerfull enough to block it
if he'll recon the attack then it wont have the surprising diff from ki blasts!!!
{sure you want it to be at random direction so I can see where Im aiming
when they are going to be semi homing but it isnt really that a problem IMO!}
