2. This weapon is new? I mean doesn't exist in simple ESF without EXC ?

First things first , ESF is ESF , ECX it's just an addon for ESF , it only adds new stuff in game, so it will not be in ESF 1.3 since Tien project was cancel ,Tien will never be in.That attack it's Tien's Tri beam attack

You couldnt have asked for a more obvious final flash than the tribeam edit ^^

indeed there are noobs out there lol the super kamehameha is final flash lol

Yea but if you look at the tribeam it even uses the same sprites as final flash while the superkamehameha uses the KHH sprites on the final flash.
