16 and drink in Holland or 16 in USA and drive?

im 16 and i drink, occasionally. i dont drive though, but my sister let me drive from her house to mine! YESSSSSSSSSSS like half a mile. i was so happy, but we almost died o_o

Beer and mixdrinks, you have to be 16 for, strong liquer and drinks i thought like vol.30+ you have to be 18.
