1.3 outline?

When can we expect the outline for 1.3, simple.

I think it was groovy that said we'd get it in not to long a period of time but that was a couple of months ago (4 maybe :s).

Sorry about that, a lot of the dev staff have been busy lately. 1.2.2 should be out VERY soon, we've just been testing the installers recently. As for the 1.3 outline, I'll ask Masta to see what his plans are on releasing the outline to the public.

Hmm. installers.. Will there be releases in .zip format so as to make smaller files, or is there simply too much to change. I dont care for start menu shortcuts or anythiong so having an installer seems kinda pointless. Only reason is if nothing has to be saved outside of the hal-life/ folder, i really see no point in an installer if i can get the same stuff as a smaller file.

If the concern was for smaller files, they would probably distribute ESF as a rar. But then, ESF isn't really intended for dial-up, I don't think. I know I'd hate to use dial-up for it.

It may be that the installer is having problems overwriting some files, and not even to do with placing links. Can't wait for the upcoming release, though...

I seems to be playing ESF smoothly. No crashes =P. But since they say they fixed a crash bug. I hope I can play ESF even smoothly from now. :yes:

1.2.2 is only supposed to be a patch, I doubt it will be overly large.

As for the 1.3 outline I'd also be very interested in seeing whats instore.

The amount of Ki it takes to throw a character is relative to:
-Their power
-Your power
-If they resist


So, it will take much less to throw a weaker person, and much more to throw a stronger person.
