1.2.1 patch bug....

Well i dl the patch and was verry exited when it said plz select directory to were install... So i did AND IT SAID sry but esf coud not be found!!!
So i dint get to installl it and yes i had FULL 1.2 esf all worked and all... JUST THIS PATCH...

Would like a litel help.....

By the way i dint use steem before do i need steem to install esf 1.2.1???

im pretty sure u need steam now that from my knowledge won is gone lol so just switch to steam, it sux but your gonna have to eventually

You dont need STEAM do install the patch, i installed it on WON too, you just have to do it how you installed ESF 1.2

Yeah i would do it like 1.2 but i CANT!!!! becous were ever i put it i dosent want to install says esf cant be found this is my point!!!!

Yes Steem Su__ we all know that but think wath if you try to register and play and it says SRY YOU CD-KAY IS IN USE!!!!!
And i cant find a nother one....

With the installation of the patch, you need to point to your half-life folder.

Steam: c:/steam/steamapps/[email protected]/half-life
WON: c:/sierra/half-life/

Ok, ok. I suggest that you uninstall ESF and just reinstall it all. First the full 1.2 version, then the patch. That's the only way I can think of.

Kala$#nikoV youyr right i turns out i was instaling in the wong hl of mine i have 4 of them
1 is for play 2 is back up 3 is fur junk and 4 is busted i was instaling into busted...
So now i bow to you it works!!!!

Yeah ok, WON is dead, but I still use it lots to play against bots or to create a LAN server with a friend of mine.

Um i know won is DEAD! ... I am not a noob ..... oh i play lan... and i dont have 4 hl to instal anything i just HAVE EM... becous i never know when my hl will screw up i mean every day i change like 20 files AT LEAST.... so......
