skinning

hey there i just dled milkshape and ive got a few models i wanna change but how? like if i wanna make some model have green hair hehe not green but only as example what do i need or what do i do plz help me sry for posting here guys but i cant find it in the tutorials seeya

if any1 needs skinning faces i can draw yous out an outline of the characters face that you need to skin . you can color it and shade it the way u want ill just draw the main lines ^_^ . i can draw it very accuratly to make the skin look exactly like the real thing . um this is the only dbz...

I edited AZN's GSM Model to look like this (but non BD): http://www.dbgtn.com/images/cels/gohan/gohan112.jpg But now The parts I changed need to be skinned and I can't do that. So if someone is interested in skinning it just give me your mail address and I'll send the .mdl to you.
