Ok i made like a 1-2 animations now how do i compile them into the model with all the other esf animations?

i´ve got a little prob, cause always i save a bmp skin in psp, and import it in half-Life model viewer, he say´s could not load bmp texture, and then i open it in paint and save it as 256colour, but then i lose some colours, what should i do? i´ve got no idea, sorry for my english, please...

Sup, I made a sig from photoshop 7 and the file extension is a psd file. But it says when i try to upload my sig to a host is that the exstention needs to be a .gif .jpg .jpeg .png. Someone help me find a way to convert this file??? Thx

Well i messed up again... sorry... o_o For those of you that have downloaded my ape_foreshadow map you will need to get the right .res file.... cause the other one has the wrong map name in it... just replace the old ape_foreshadow.res file with this one. Right Click & Save Target As...
