ok when i have a head on with a guy and he win so he get to use the super fast combo on me but once when i was fighting another guy he swoopt me first but when i try to match the arrows only a multi direction came up when he use the super fast combo hit me on 14 damage, can some one explain wtf...

Hi, I have got ESF with EvolutionX installed. How can I decrease the PL needed for each character to transform? Must I modify some files to do that? Thanks. Example: if a character needs "1500" PL to transform into 2^ form, I want decrease the PL needed to do that to "150".
