Does anybody know how i could open a port for a Linksys Wireless- B so i could host a dedicated server on my computer for esf please i need help ive been trying for so long somebody help me out!! :(

i got a couple questions i wanna ask base on this. when i need to type my ip in when i pass the ports halflife/won/steam uses do i use the ip that my computer has or the server ip i get when i start a game? :)

What are the port holes for the firewall, i cant create a server on esf :( and i want to 4 me and my friends, but they never appear, im on 512k and have what i thought was a port hole open, how do i fix this :(
