compiling problem

well my problem is that iam trying to convert a 1.0 model i liked to 1.1. i did everything right pretty much but when i try to compile the model halfway through i get this error unknown bonecontroller link 'Bip01 Spine', does anyone know what i should do??!?!

Yep i know the problem..
1. open the QC file, then you see this,right?

// 4 bone controllers
$controller 0 "Bip01 Spine" YR -30 30
$controller 1 "Bip01 Spine1" ZR -30 30
$controller 2 "Bip01 Spine2" ZR -30 30
$controller 3 "Bip01 Spine3" ZR -30 30

2.delete the hole list and then your done, after saving offcourse

Does this remake the controller list? Hmm..

If you do as randy says be sure to decompile again and see if it restored the controllers. A model DOES need controllers. I just have no idea if randy is correct and that it restores itself.

As for me.. I had the problem once.

A. reload all skins (right format)
B. recheck if all vertexes are assigned
B. check if the ref smd is stored ref
C. Is the skeleton renamed?

well i solved the compiling problem, i dont know how i guess it was by luck, the only problem now is that the skin textures shrunk or something, they were originally 512x512 and after i compiled they changed to 492x503 or something around that, any reason why they shrank?
