Thats not right, the reason that Goku was much better at SSJ 3 then Gotenks wasnt because of PL alone it was because of experience :) gohan probably had more power but he wasnt as good of a fighter as Goku :P

well jee if hes toying with me its funny to crash the server:) his score was 90-1 at one point, and every time he connected it was crashing except a few times it was only him and i left in the servercuz i kept reconnecting, he was definetly cheating, no doubt about it.

It has nothing to do with Random ness its the percentage of your KI left, so if someguy swoops at you and you both have ki at full, and u swoop after he does , then he uses more ki to get to you, and so you will win the melee, if you have half your ki full and you swoop at someone holding down...
