On the forums, go to UserCP and then to Options. In here, uncheck the tick-boxes next to "Avatars" and "Signatures". This will hide all signatures and avatars from viewing when you are logged into your account. This should help decrease the load on your 800x600 resolution.

Yep, you need to be connected to any server or your own... and then typing status on the console will show you your WONID (along with the others' on the server).
