Yay for the model! ^_^ Not only is the model good.. but it's gonna be skinned by Mr Smo and AZN Dragon.... this should be an even greater masterpiece once it's skinned! \o/

There is no way to change the starting PL in any public versions of ESF. Although, I believe there are AMX modifications being made which use certain plugins to change this value (example: EEA).

Indeed, you can code your own flytype and have players flying in a custom modification of your own. But to add flying to TS, would mean that you need the source code to work on. And not all modifications are open source, like ESF's alpha version. And perhaps this link will come in handy, good...
