Beams should win against balls regardless of powerlevel, and balls' pushing force shouldn't stack. "Special" balls such as Genki Dama should allow you to control it, though that'd immobilize the user.

I'd prefer if the menu background was taken from the game itself, like in ESF123. ESF11 was a generic DBZ background :/ As for map selection, that'd probably apply to locally hosted server (listen server), so it doesn't matter much, as most people will be joining dedicated servers.

You should probably look for a VPS/VDS with Windows OS. Not sure about Linux compatibility with ESF dedicated server nowadays, perhaps somebody from ESForces.lt can comment.

Transformations should work mostly the same: you get enough ki, you press transform. There were plans for the initial transformation to be longer and you'd be invincible during it, while the following ones would be short but you'd be vulnerable. Not sure if that was implemented. Transformations...
