Charge of Beam Attacks

1. faster
2. slower
3. same like jet

I think the attacks must be faster cause the melee is so fast.

the attacks are fine .. but i think that the generic beam shouldn't have a "minimum charge requiered to fire" and u shouldn't have an indicator at all .. it should be like the energy shield .. you can charge it untill ur out of ki! and u should be able to release it at any time!
