ESF israeli server! by #game-freak(Qnet)

Game freak is a small compeny who currently holds most of the public server in israel...iav maneged to talk with one of them (mad-art) and he told me he is going to build an israeli server! we were all glad and **** but he seems to had a problem uploading the server
Here is what he told me:
" i installed hlds_l , then installed the esf pack after that i tried to run the server with ./hlds_l command and it went fine but the server isn't going up!"

i ask you ESF server owners to help me with the server problem cuz israel is very low on ESF server (1 who keeps getting shut down every 2 houres )

ok when u say it went fine what did u mean did the server seem to boot or did it just crash once u ran the server

Iam not sure...thats why the game-freak dude told me .. he tol dme he cant recognize the problem..please help us israeli guyz to finelly get an ESF server we have to much CS server
