No, it *is* anime. Not American. Every fan *should* recognize this studio's unique style, albeit an older and more simplistic version of it that would have been seen in its films in the 70s and early 80s.

You should wait 24 hours after the last time someone posts about it, not just jump on the next one because a few wrong answers show up and post junk like fate/stay night. You guys seriously make this too easy. And yes you're right Dam You shoulda done some googling, you woulda found it easily. It's "Future Boy Conan" a TV series done by Miyazaki/Studio Ghibli from 1978.
